3. Delivery Policy
We use The Courier Guy for nationwide deliveries within South Africa. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days from dispatch.
Factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or address errors may affect delivery timelines. We will support you in tracking orders, but THE BUILD SHOP is not liable for delays outside our control.
Please ensure accurate delivery details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in failed deliveries and delays, which are not our responsibility.
4. Returns and Exchanges

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the error was on our side (e.g. incorrect or damaged item sent).
