Deliveries are primarily fulfilled through The Courier Guy. Where operational requirements, destination coverage or logistics considerations require, we may utilise alternative reputable logistics providers including DPD Laser or other authorised courier partners without prior notice.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and should be regarded as estimates only. While we strive to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in delays. The Build Shop® shall not be held liable for delays arising from courier operations, weather events, public holidays, industrial action, supplier delays or other circumstances outside of our control.

9. Wholesale and Trade Customers

The Build Shop® may offer trade pricing, wholesale pricing, bulk purchasing arrangements or commercial account facilities to qualifying customers at its sole discretion. Any wholesale pricing, quotations or commercial agreements issued by The Build Shop® shall remain confidential and may not be shared, published or used for unauthorised commercial purposes.
