The Canon MAXIFY MB2140 is a versatile 4-in-1 colour inkjet printer designed for home offices and small businesses. Combining printing, scanning, copying and faxing with a 50-sheet Automatic Document Feeder, automatic two-sided printing and wireless connectivity, it delivers practical productivity for everyday business requirements.

Canon’s Dual Resistant High Density pigment inks produce crisp black text, vivid colour graphics and durable documents that resist highlighter smudging and friction. Four individually replaceable ink cartridges allow users to replace only the colour that runs out, while optional high-yield XL cartridges reduce interruptions during regular office printing.

The MAXIFY MB2140 prints at approximately 19 images per minute in black and 13 images per minute in colour. First-page output takes approximately six seconds for black and seven seconds for colour when the printer is ready, helping users begin short or urgent print jobs quickly.

A 250-sheet front paper cassette reduces the need for frequent reloading, while the 50-sheet Automatic Document Feeder simplifies scanning, copying and faxing multi-page documents. Automatic two-sided printing helps reduce paper consumption when producing A4 and Letter-size business documents.

The integrated CIS flatbed scanner captures documents at an optical resolution of up to 1200 × 1200 dpi. Copying features include collated copies, frame erase, 2-on-1 and 4-on-1 layouts, and enlargement or reduction from 25% to 400%.

Built-in Super G3 colour fax stores up to 250 pages in memory and provides coded speed dialling for up to 100 locations. The 2.5-inch colour display offers straightforward access to the printer’s main functions and settings.

Wi-Fi and Access Point Mode enable wireless printing from compatible computers, smartphones and tablets. Users can print through the Canon PRINT app, Apple AirPrint and Mopria, while Canon Cloud Link supports printing from and scanning to compatible cloud services.
